Welcome to the enrollment process. Please read the following requirements for PEAK enrollment.�
I agree to assist Denali Peak with obtaining school records for this student.
I understand that I must have internet access while participating in Denali Peak.
I agree to submit student work samples each quarter.
I affirm that my student MUST participate in all state/district testing.
I agree that 50% of my student’s PEAK courses will be comprised of core courses.
I agree that materials purchased with student allotment accounts remain DBSD property.
You will be asked to provide the last 4
digits of your social security number as an electronic signature to
confirm your agreement to these terms.
On the next screen you will be asked to provide contact information for the child's guardian. On subsequent pages you will provide information about the students you are enrolling. Please be sure to fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk.
